2 packs Puff pastry (store-bought)
600 g Apple (eg. Granny Smith. Measured after peeled, cut into identical pieces)
1½ Lemon juice (Juice of half a lemon. Sprinkle the apples straight after cutting.)
50 g Granulated sugar
50 g Brown sugar
70 g Unsalted butter
20 g Corn starch
½ taaspoon Cinnamon
