1 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups 2% milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
FROSTING:
1 cup sugar
3 egg whites
3 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
