3 racks baby back pork ribs (4 to 5 pounds, total)

For the pineapple spray:

2 cups pineapple juice
•
1/2 cup rum
•
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
•
Pineapple Barbecue Sauce (recipe follows)

Other Items Needed:

20 whole allspice berries (optional);

1-1/2 cups wood chips or chunks (preferably apple or other fruitwood),
