1 Tablespoon Meyer Lemon juice
2 teaspoons lemon peel (grated (not Meyer lemon))
2 eggs room (temperature)
1 yolk room (temperature)
2 Tablespoons whipping/heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons White Sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
