INGREDIENTS
8 oz Pasta (Fusilli is my favorite, or penne)
2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
1 1/2 cups broth (vegetable, chicken or beef)
2 tbsp taco seasoning
12 oz. enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can black olives
1/2 cup sour cream
Garnishes: Cilantro, sour cream, pico de gallo, avocado, guacamole, cotija cheese.
Add Corn and Black Beans to mix it up. (Add when you add the pasta.)
