Reduce heat to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, mix milk, corn muffin crumbles,1 egg, 1/2 cup enchilada sauce, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic powder with ground beef. Mix well and form into balls. Bake for 40 minutes in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Take from oven and top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
