INGREDIENTS
Krokus Kozanis or saffron, 3-4 threads
7-8 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 or 2 bay leaves
2 cups of orzo pasta
12 big prawns
1tbsp fresh, flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup dry white wine
