Praline Pecan Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce

INGREDIENTS
6 slices bread (low carb bread), cubed
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. scalded milk
¼ c. butter
⅔ c. sugar (sugar substitute)
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Rum Sauce ingredients: ½ c. brown sugar (brown sugar blend)
½ c. sugar (sugar substitute)
Dash of salt
¼ c. butter
½ c. light cream
½ c. corn syrup
1 t vanilla
3 T light run or ½ t rum extract
Pralines: ½ c plus 2 T sugar (½ C sugar substitute plus 2 T sugar )
2 T cream
1½ t. butter or margarine
¼ t. cinnamon
⅛ t. salt
½ t. vanilla
1 c. nut meats (I use pecans)
