Grease & Line a 6 cup loaf pan with

parchment paper
•
4 eggs
•
10 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
•
(or 2/3 cups vegetable oil)
•
1 1/3 cups sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
2 cups AP flour
•
2 tsp baking powder
•
2/3 cup milk
•
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
•
(I had to double this amount - 8oz)
•
For the filling:
•
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
•
1 tbsp honey
•
1/2 cup raspberries
