Ingredients: 8 strips bacon; 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled; 2 cups frozen peas, thawed; 1 cup (8 ounces) diced sharp Cheddar; 1 cup mayonnaise; 3 tablespoons mustard; 1/2 teaspoon onion powder; Salt, Pepper and Cayenne Pepper to taste
