Name: Potato Eggs
Ingredients: 4 baking potatoes, scrubbed, pierced, and rubbed lightly with oil; 1/4 c. butter, softened; salt and pepper; 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese; 4 eggs; Heat oven to 400 degrees F.; Bake potatoes for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
