1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozzarella or panela cheese

1 tablespoon MAGGI Granulated Chicken or Beef Ribs Flavor Bouillon, dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water

1 cup plain bread crumbs
•
3/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
