Certified Angus Beef® 2lb roast, trimmed and cubed {I used 1/2 a large 4lb roast}
•
3 ears of corn, shucked and halved
•
1 1/2 lbs small red potatoes, halved
•
1 large yellow onion, roughly chopped
•
8oz mushrooms, quartered
•
10oz bag of baby carrots
•
1 packet brown gravy, prepared
•
seasoning, to taste {I used Montreal Steak Seasoning}
•
6 tbsp butter, optional
