1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
•
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
•
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
•
2 tablespoons buttermilk
•
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
•
4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
•
4 cups purple cabbage, finely shredded
•
2 large carrots, grated
•
For the Bourbon Peach BBQ Sauce
•
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped small
•
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
•
1 clove garlic, minced
•
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
•
1 and 1/2 cup ketchup
•
1/2 cup peach preserves
•
2 large peaches, about 1 cup
•
3 tablespoon bourbon
•
salt and pepper to taste
