1 pound Portabella Mushrooms, sliced
2 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. Flour or Corn Starch
1/2 Cup Marsala or White wine
1 Cup Low-Sodium Chicken broth
1/2 cup Sour cream or Half & Half or Cream cheese
