pork tenderloin (ours was about 2.5 lbs)
salt
pepper
garlic powder
1 tsp. minced garlic (we love us some garlic–so I increased this to about 1 tbsp.)
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
2-4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
