INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup unsalted chicken stock (such as Swanson)
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
7 teaspoons canola oil, total, divided.
4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. ginger cut into match sticks
12 ounces boneless pork, cut into 1/4-inch slices
12 ounces bok choy trimmed and cut into quarters lengthwise
8 ounces of Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
8 green onions, white parts only sliced in two vertically
