INGREDIENTS
500g/1.1lbs pork shoulder, cut into bite sized pieces
1 teaspoon bi carb
2 tablespoons water
300g/10.6ozs green beans, trimmed and halved
2 sticks green onion, trimmed and cut into 2 inch batons
Oil for frying
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves and stems
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
