- 1/4 C. Buttermilk
- 1/4 C. Cheddar cheese, (grated)
- 2 Tbsp. Sage
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
How To Make pork sausage

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Make patties and fry, or use as you would any other bulk pork sausage.
