Pork Satay Burgers Put A Thai Twist On Backyard BBQ

1 10-14 ounce package shredded cabbage
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon Sriracha (more if you prefer a spicier sauce)
1-1/2 pounds ground pork
