6 Pork loins or chops (seasoned with salt and black pepper)

8 Baby Bella Mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)

4 Shiitake mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)

Handful of Parsley (chopped)

2 Garlic cloves (peeled and halved)

1/2 cup White wine (Chardonnay, or any other dry white wines)

2/3 cup Chicken Stock
•
1 cup Italian blend cheese (shredded (Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino Cheese))

1 cup all purpose flour (seasoned with salt and black pepper on a flat dish )
