1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves (divided)
2 tablespoons neutral oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 ounces cremini mushrooms (diced small)
1 cup small diced onion
1 cup small diced bell pepper
3 stalks celery (diced small)
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
