2 cups of ketchup

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

2 teaspoons garlic powder
•
1 tablespoon mustard
•
1 (15 oz) can of black beans, drained and rinsed
•
1 (15 oz) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
•
Chopped green onions to garnish
•
Prepared rice (white, brown, any kind!) to serve over
