2 Tablespoons honey
•
salt and pepper to taste

for the salad
•
3 cups romaine lettuce (or lettuce of your choice)
•
1 apple, diced
•
1/2 mango, diced
•
1/4 cup pomegranate arils
•
optional handful of toasted nuts or croutons
