1 Cooked Carrot

1/2 Medium Onion (chopped and fried)

1 tbsp Butter (to fry the onion)

2 cups Broth (optional, to rehydrate the meat if needed)

3 cups Flour (All-purpose)

1 1/4 cups Warm Milk Or Warm Water (You can also use 1/2 cup of Milk and 3/4 cup of water.)
