1¼ lb blueberries
1¾ lb plums or pluots, pitted and sliced
¼ cup tapioca pearls
2 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed and chilled
1 large egg, beaten
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp turbinado sugar
