Makes 16 bars
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup roughly chopped nuts and seeds (I used almonds, pistachios and pepitas)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup millet
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup dates
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
