1 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt; your preference
1 2 tablespoons Cake Enhancer, optional; for improved texture and moistness
1 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cup milk
1 2 large eggs
1 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
1 1 tablespoon lemon juice, optional; for flavor
