INGREDIENTS
Olive oil as needed
1 batch pizza dough
8 thick bacon slices, about 1/2 lb. total, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
4 eggs
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Snipped fresh chives for garnish
Preheat an oven to 400°F. Oil a large rimless baking sheet.
