INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups warm water ((non chlorinated))
2 tsp maple syrup ((sugar can be substituted for maple syrup))
3 tsp rapid yeast
4 tsp olive oil
4-4 ½ cups flour ((unbleached white all-purpose or bread flour works best))
2 tsp salt
additional olive oil for coating the dough
