INGREDIENTS

2 cups of nilla wafers, crushed

2 tablespoons butter, melted
•
2 Litres (just shy of 2 quarts if you're in the U.S.) of vanilla ice cream, softened slightly

2 cups (or 16 ounces in the U.S.) of whipped cream, I made homemade but you can use store bought, divided
•
1 packet of crystal light pink lemonade (4.5 g)
•
1 to 2 cups of coconut (to taste, I like more)
•
1 to 2 drops of red food colouring.
