Pineapple Cranberry Zucchini Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 c vegetable oil (I like to use 1/2 coconut oil, melted, 1/2 veg. oil) 1 c vegetable oil (I like to use ½ coconut oil, melted, ½ veg. oil)

1 3/4 c sugar 1 ¾ c sugar
