INGREDIENTS
2 cans (20 oz.) chunk pineapple, drained. Save 5 or 6 tbsp. juice to drizzle over casserole after mixing
5 tbsp. plain flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (mild, medium or sharp as preferred)
1 stick Fleischman's light butter, melted
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
