INGREDIENTS

2 cups whole wheat flour

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder
•
1 cup brown sugar
•
1/2 cup white sugar
•
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
•
3 eggs
•
1/2 cup oil (I used Canola)
•
1/2 cup sour cream
•
3 medium bananas, peeled and mashed. (Mine were overripe)
•
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pineapple juice for the topping
