1 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into chunks
1 large red onion, quartered
16 whole fresh mushrooms
1 large or 2 small zucchini cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 large or 2 small yellow squash cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
