•
1 cup drained crushed pineapple

GLAZE:
•
2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided
•
2 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
•
1/4 cup cream of coconut
•
1 tablespoon rum
•
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
