6 large egg yolks
•
3 6-ounce cans pineapple juice, (2 1/4 cups)
•
3/4 cup granulated sugar
•
5 Tablespoons cornstarch
•
Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, whisking constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and cool.
