4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided use)
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen pierogis
12 ounce package kielbasa, 1/4-inch sliced
8 ounce can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed well, and the excess water squeezed out ((optional))
