INGREDIENTS

20-24 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

2 large empty sterilized glass jars
•
4 cups vinegar (I used half white and half apple cider)
•
1 Tbsp salt
•
1 medium onion, sliced
•
3 to 4 cloves of garlic, peeled
•
1⁄2 cup sugar
•
4 bay leaves, 2 per jar
•
1 tsp peppercorns per jar
•
1 small sliced jalapeno,(in 1 jar only)
•
Next batch add mustard seed and coriander seeds.
