- 2 C. persimmon pulp
- 1 C. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 C. nuts, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/2 C. flour
- 2/3 C. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Special Equipment:
- 4 empty metal coffee cans, cleaned
How To Make persimmon bread deluxe

Step 1Mix sugar, oil, and eggs well. Sift together other dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour 4 coffee tins. Fill each can half full and bake in a 350-degree oven for one hour. Let cool before removing from cans, or freeze in cans for storage.
