1/3 cup Vegetable oil

1/2 cup buttermilk, room temperature

1/2 cup sour cream, room temperature

1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened to room temperature
•
1/2 cup Hi-ratio Shortening
•
⅛ tsp Salt
•
4 cups Powdered Sugar, sifted
•
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
•
1 and 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
•
1/4 tsp Pure Almond Extract (optional)
•
Few drops of Teal food colouring (optional)

Sprinkle blend (I used a mixture of Pink sprinkles, White sprinkles and Confetti sprinkles)
