Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C. pineapple chunks or diced apricot halves (well drained)
  • 2 bananas, peeled, diced
  • 2 oranges or tangerines, peeled, sectioned, seeded, diced and drained
  • 2 apples or pears, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 C. pitted dates, diced
  • 1 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/4 C. mayonnaise
