Ingredients

2 1/2 C. pineapple chunks or diced apricot halves (well drained)
2 bananas, peeled, diced
2 oranges or tangerines, peeled, sectioned, seeded, diced and drained
2 apples or pears, peeled, cored, and diced
1 C. pitted dates, diced
1 C. miniature marshmallows
1 1/4 C. mayonnaise

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients, cover, and chill several hours. Stir well and serve as is or mounded in lettuce cups.
