Ingredients: 1 jar of marshmallow fluff (7 oz); 10 T unsalted butter at room temperature; 1.5 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tsp. peppermint extract; 5 cups confectioner’s sugar; 3.5 cups chocolate chips, divided; (I used semisweet but think dark chocolate would taste amazing)
