1/3 C granulated sugar
•
1 t peppermint extract
•

•

1 T all-purpose flour

Ingredients for the brownie bottom:

1 C all-purpose flour (4.5 ounces if you weigh it, which apparently you should be doing. Which I definitely don’t do)
•
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa
•
1/2 t salt
•
1 1/2 C brown sugar
•
1/4 C canola oil
•
1/4 C buttermilk
•
2 t vanilla extract
•
2 large egg whites
•
1 large egg
