INGREDIENTS
500 grams (17.6 ounces) chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, (10 grams / 0.35 ounces) minced
1 onion, (170 grams / 6 ounces) diced
1 red bell pepper, (150 grams / 5.3 ounces) cut into 1-inch squares
1 yellow bell pepper, (150 grams 5.3 ounces) cut into 1-inch squares
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
400 grams (14.1 ounces) stewed tomatoes, pureed
2 tablespoons tomato paste
½ teaspoon salt
flat-leaf parsley for garnish
