PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH CORN PIE - The Southern Lady Cooks

"Pennsylvania Dutch corn pie is easy and delicious. Wonderful with fresh garden corn in summer but can be made with frozen corn, too...."

INGREDIENTS
3 large potatoes (peeled and cubed (I use red skinned potatoes))
3 cups fresh or frozen corn
3 eggs (hard boiled, peeled and chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup milk
1 pie crust
2 tablespoons butter
