1 Tablespoon molasses
1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, (or vanilla paste)
1 large egg, (room temp)
2 large egg yolks, (room temp)
2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup (170 grams) dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
1 cup (120 grams) toasted pecans, (roughly chopped)
1 cup (115 g grams) chopped toffee bits
Maldon sea salt flakes, (for optional garnish as needed)
