STREUSEL TOPPING
1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1/3 C. firmly packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tbsp. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Sweetened whipped cream
6 to 8 pecan halves
