12 tablespoons (1-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Generous pinch salt
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
3 cups coarsely chopped pecans
