INGREDIENTS
For the Dough:
Use one disk Pâte Brisée recipe for pie
Use one disk Pâte Brisée recipe for pie cut-outs (see recipe below)
For the Filling:
¼ cup pecans, finely chopped
½ cup white sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon ground allspice
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
1 16-ounce can pumpkin
1 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1½ teaspoons vanilla
